SMD components

We have our own specialised methods that allow us to meet the broadest possible range of requirements. For example, in our SMD production division we utilise flexible island solutions instead of the traditional assembly line.

This means that both quality and quantity are maintained.

Every production island is fitted with a screen printer, placement machines and soldering equipment, ensuring a realistic production figure of 10,000 components per hour.

Whether it's a prototype or mass production - we manufacture to the highest quality standards.

Our modern production systems are designed for manufacturing a wide range of components from 0201 to QFP with an edge length of 56 mm and a max. height of 22 mm.

The maximum PCB size is 400 X 500 mm.

Production equipment:

Solder paste printer, SMD placement machine, infrared soldering system, conventional soldering system, vapour-phase soldering system, double-wave soldering system.
